After completing his orthopedic surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Dr. NaPier pursued advanced fellowship training through Harvard University, training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he refined expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery, motion preservation, complex spinal reconstruction, and the latest surgical innovations.

Today, Dr. NaPier serves patients throughout Central Indiana with a practice built around individualized care, modern surgical techniques, and exceptional outcomes. Recognized by the North American Spine Society as one of its Top 20 Spine Surgeons Under 40, he is also an active educator, researcher, and speaker, regularly contributing to advances in spine surgery while helping shape the future of the specialty.
